"McAfee Internet Security 2009 never worked for me."

Cons: I had McAfee security products for years, and my computer still got infected with a virus--a virus that kept the new version from working. McAfee tech support was NO help in solving the problem, and I finally had to give up on McAfee altogether.
Summary: I dislike the product because it never worked, and contacting McAfee tech support was a HUGE waste of time.

I wanted to give it a "0" rating because it did not work for me at all, but this form won't allow that.

P.S.
I originally started with Norton products, years ago, and I eventually left Symantec because the tech support went from being pretty good at first to being worse than non-existent (couldn't even get a live person on the phone, and the answering system kept putting me on loops that had no route to resolution). The quality of McAfee's Tech support has declined so much that I suspect I was dealing with former Symantec techies. It's really sad how the security companies have declined over time.
