Pros: Freeking protective!! Great for running scans on external and test hard drives and will catch anything.
Cons: Freeking TOO Protective. Will delete files without your permission. Too many false positives. Will ruin an iPod.
Summary: I am a power user of my computers. I have a desktop computer just for working on my client's computers (scanning hard drives, utility storage, ext).
From my experience, yes it will catch almost anything, but takes false positives such as a nessasary files that are in USB drives and iPods (mine is a 5th gen Video) and render the iPods unmaintainable. (USB drives seem to run fine after having that file removed). There is no option to ignore the file when I know it's only a false positive and is safe.
Definitely not for power users, and those who use use iPods. (I also have an iPhone and it doesn't seem to affect the operation of that) The arrogance of the program not giving many options bothers me.
