Summary I've been using this product for years (10+) Its generally a solid product , enough so that I now run 6 seperate consumer products manufacturing businesses on it (on different files) - (total turnover of over $40mil per year) and I have no real problems. I keep an eye on the market to see what is out there (everyone tells me its a "small business product") - but everything I look at, now mainly "tier 2" are generally no better but cost more to buy & run. Only avoid this product if the following are real problems to you: Product has no - multiple warehousing - stock location -consignment stock -poor bank integration -no projects pipeline -customer account terms are weird - no customer specific pricing -no crm -no inetrnet links.

Summary After purchasing this software for a non-profit corporation, we found that we we're being billed a $20 monthly service change (automatically charged to our credit card) for support we had not wanted. MYOB refused to cancel the support plan without a $180 cancellation charge. The support plan cannot be canceled on there website or over the phone, rather they need a signed letter on your companies letterhead. Easy to sign-up for, not so easy to cancel! Shame on you MYOB, for using this type of monthly recurring charges.
Pros I always get the support on the phone I need which is so demanding of me.

Pros Easy to use, excellent reports, very fast, great intregration with payroll module. Inventory very effective.
Cons All support is service fee oriented and difficult to access. Program can become corrupted and fax out sensitive bookeeping data to clients unknown to user. Customer service is abrupt. Problem with keyboard entries being dropped.
