"Clunky, awkward, and tedious"
Pros: Pretty box
Cons: Does not perform as promoted
Summary: As a stand alone buy, the software is not worth any purchase price; as part of the Norton Internet Security Package, it is not worth your time to load. I've experienced four primary problems: (1) It has to be reloaded if you make changes/updates to Outlook; (2) it does not consistently allow the email on the allow list; nor does it block the emails on the blocked list; (3) due to the proprietary nature of the allowed/blocked lists, you cannot import known spam originators or known safe originators, and it is monumentally tedious to input each; (4) assigning email to spam category does not give you the option of assigning the domain, only the email address; again, monumentally tedious to change each email spammer to domain spammer. Very, very disappointing for a Norton product. Hate to say it (REALLY hate to say it), but the Microsoft Junk Mail feature in Outlook is better on its own.
