  • "Messed up my computer bigtime"

    Pros: Can't think of an upside - the downside is so bad

    Cons: Software interacted with Windows update SP3 trashing my registry
    Lost lots of devices including network card.
    User support hopeless - gave up after 3hr session talking to inexperienced staff

    Summary: Computer unusable for weeks, problem eventually solved by my Internet provider with simple IP config command

    Don't touch with barge pole.
