The Bottom Line	ATI, Nvidia, and Media Center users should take a pass, but Beyond TV 3.0 is the best of the PC-as-TiVo rest.	Once we got past the buggy installation, we found SageTV 2.2 to be a rock-solid, fully featured, media-center app for your PC.	The Akimbo for Media Center HD service is a no-brainer if one or more channels of its hard-to-find specialized content appeals to you, but casual audiences will find little that's not already on basic cable.	Windows Media Center Edition lets those of you in one-room apartments and dorms watch and record TV on your PC.	For a cheaper alternative to TiVo or Media Center PCs, SnapStream is your only bet--and it's a pretty good one.
