Pros: Does not slow down my computer like the other big 2 companies
Cons: It is not evident the thing works. As a rule a force a complete scan on my computers ever week. Thats when it finds stuff and fixes. Why doesn't find and fix during the week?
Summary: I rated this as mediocre because of the support or shoud I say lack of access to support. I work during the day, long hours too. I can't call durin thier office hours. FAQs, knowledge base help and the other self helps are useless. Attempts to contact them by email failed. Failed by the way means they never get back to me, so I really haven't spoken or had any discussions about my latest malware attack Trend Micro let through. When it comes time to re-new; I'm re-newing them out of my life.
