"Rotten customer relations skills"
Pros: Great marketing campaigns
Cons: Inflexible account reps and lots of excuses when the service doesn't work as advertised

"OK service, but VERY overpriced and confusing!"
Pros: Offered a lot of useful functions...
Cons: ...but those functions didn't always work right. Their service requires multiple downloads too, which creates problems with our customers. Their interface is very confusing. Prices are CRAZY!!

Cons: hard to decipher bills, contract and unfriendly customer service
