"Too limited access all because the software interface."
Pros: Probably good for backup only
Cons: Can't access through normal network browsing, not good for sharing folders, can't write directly to it
Summary: We bouth 3 Seagate Mirra 500 for our marketing department. You can not create folders or write updated files in the hard drive. All has to be done by the software interface which is very limited. It only backs up and synchronizes but you can not open a file directly from the Mirra or write or create folders on it. Too bad that they limited such a great device in its normal funciontality.Updated
I forgot to mention that we returned the 3 Mirra NAS devices to CompUSA the next day of purchase.
