    Pros: Can't think of any

Cons: Cheaply made, does not improve audio, highly over-rated

Summary: I bought this for my new lap top and was severely disappointed in it's performance. It's cheaply made, I had to return the first one I received as it was damaged and missing parts. The replacement I received was a disappointment, buy something else.
