Pros: No battery, rubber grip, water proof & floats
Cons: Shake-Sake-Shake then shake some more. Must turn it off to charge it well. Power button hard to find. Light dim

"With a shake still worked great after five long years."
Pros: Never have to replace the bulb and waterproof--important in a hurricane. No batteries to deteriorate when left in a hot car--important in the Deep South. Comfy to hold also. Convenience: no batteries to go buy! So also cheapest! Sturdy! Love it!
