    Pros: easy to use, makes the best sticky rice ever, the keep warm feature is wonderful it realy keeps food warm without over cooking and drying out. works as wll with pasta as with rice.

    Cons: no problems so far have had for about 6 months.

    Summary: works well consistantly, easy to use even for someone who is not at home in the kitchen
