The gas cooktop features five sealed gas burners including a 16000 BTU PowerBurner that is ideal for gourmet cooking techniques such as blackening and caramelizing. A 5000 BTU simmer burner provides additional precision at low temperatures and reduces to 650 BTUs. The self-cleaning oven features MultiMode convection with the convenience of Auto Convection Conversion.
