Cons: Quality is poor and service is worse.
Summary: 2 of the 4 burners are so small they won't boil water unless you have all day. I have had someone out to work on it and they say that's just the way it is. They worked on my Kitchenaid microwave while they were out and broke the handle. Said they'd come back to fix it, didn't have the part and then never came back and then denied that they broke it. Now the gas part of the oven won't work, only the electric will come on. I'm not even having it repaired this time. I am just getting rid of it. I could have gone to Sears and bought a cheap one that would have worked better than this. Don't make this same mistake.
