Pros
With Kitchen Aid duel-fuel ranges the electric board burns from the oven heat. Ours just broke down 7 weeks ago and then again this week. It's so frustrating. Each time it takes approx 10 days to get their fellow in and order the part.

We are debating cutting our losses and getting another brand. We never know when it's going to breakdown, leaving us with no oven. And customer service is appalling. They should admit a mistake and try to get this fixed as quickly as possible. But instead, each time we go through the same headache and because our 3 year warranty is over, every breakdown is another $200 labor cost.
