"Controls broke and service has been bad-slow"

Pros: Even when it worked the control panel was somewhat finncky...touch panel buttons don't always work with first and direct touch.

Cons: At 4.5 mos controls broke, burner stopped working. Took >6 wks to get service and did not have parts. Been 3 weeks since and no further action. Have to hound LG for support. Warranty begins at purchase date not delivery
