Pros

I love everything about this range from looks to performance. Water boils rapidly, food cooks evenly, oven heats quickly, broils food beautifully... can't say enough good things - I love it!

I went from an electric range to this gas range and couldn't be happier! I love the way this unit performs. I was unsure about a gas oven but... I am so happy I have one now - now I know why most chefs/restaurants use gas. I am sure this specific unit is why I am so pleased... I haven't had one issue.

"Disappointing product came damaged"

Pros

Looks good, like the cast iron grills and vent

Cons

black top hard to keep clean if you live in a dusty climate (southwest)Thin steal parts, bend and warp easy.I have only had this for 1 month so not sure if anything else is bad with this product.

Product came damaged,top was racked and back corners were bent up. bought it from local appliance retailer,they ordered a new top, it too was bent up on the back right corner. ordered another top and vent. New top was scratched up,tech replaced vent, still not sitting flat on counter back right corner slightly bent up.Called whirlpool customer service, they told me I did not buy it from them so their was NOTHING they can do for me since whirlpool did not take my money.The people from Taylor's appliance are coming again this week to try to "fix" it again. I would stay away from Whirlpool products. 1500.00 is a lot to spend on bad quality product and poor customer service.
