I have two of these in my theatre. Both are behind the screen which kind of draws back the bass a little bit. Otherwise, they are with a full 7.2 system and they really kick. HARD. These make the room shake and you can hear it from the other side of our house. That is a pretty hard thing to accomplish. When we are watching a movie or listening to music, they are just amazing. You can feel the vibrations through our chairs. As a joke, my son likes to turn them all the way up and then lay on the floor and it is like a back massage. They are just incredible. One would probably be enough for any normal setup. They reproduce even the lowest bass with a superb kick. This seems to be pro quality. This is a hard to find thing with so many crappy modern subs.
Overall, highly recommended. They are worth every penny of kickin' bass.
