Antonio, did you follow the instructions on the 1st page of the Quick Guide? The speaker will need to learn the Volume commands from your remote. It also notes that there are a few types of remotes that it cannot learn from, so it might depend on what brand of remote you are using. You might try a new universal remote if you have an unsupported remote now.
