    Pros: Solid construction, nice appearance.

Cons: Take a long time to break in and get accustomed to.

Summary: This speaker system is a great upgrade for a HTIB system. It has a solid construction and nice appearance. I found the sound to be a bit strong on the "mids" but added an EQ to balance out the sound a bit. But overall a good deal.

I submitted this review in 2007, still have these speakers and now looking to upgrade. The bookshelf and center speakers sound ok, but the floor standing speakers are not desirable. They are an entry level speaker to upgrade from the little toy speakers you get with most HTIB systems. The only hard thing will be to unload these speakers to upgrade to a nice set.
