"Quintet vs. Quintet II" on
Summary: I posed the question to Klipsch on what the difference between the original Quintet and the new Quintet II were. They replied with… the set screws were bigger, there is no rubber feet and “there are no sound difference”. So, how is it CNET can review the first release of the Quintet (http://electronics.cnet.com/electronics/0-6342413-1305-7229884-1.html?tag=dir), give it a poor review and then give the Quintet II good marks? It just goes to show you how listening to speakers is so subjective. Don’t take reviews too seriously, go listen to them.
