"Great sound, at a good price!!"
Pros: Sound is great, gold wire bindings, unique look and nice finish, wall mout brackets included
Cons: Without a sub the lows disappear
Summary: I bought the Nanosat set at Bestbuy for $500 without the sub and got the Mirage 8" upgraded Omni S8 sub for $200, so it is not this exact setup.
I love the sound this system projects. These five little speakers and sub put out serious sound for their size.
They come with wall mount brackets attached to the speakers, so no need to buy any.
Also, the wire bindings are nice gold plated screw downs, not cheap spring loaded that you would expect at this price point.
I have watched many movies and listen to audio performances and have no gripes about the speaker other then without a sub, you have NO lows. This is probably due to the size of the mid on the speaker but is something to consider.
The speakers look great in the black\platinum finish and if you take off the grate, which is held on by magnets, you really have a unique styled UFO speaker under there that will have your friends saying WOW.
The sub is also nice, with a Phase control, Filter control volume and crossover hidden under the front panel grate and an On\Off\Auto feature on the back. It also has a standard Sub Out, or LFE gold wire bindings for connecting to your receiver.
It puts out serious bass, but also nice lows that are clean and clear.
For 700 bucks, you would be hard pressed to find a system that will match the audio sound, the look and the hardware on these speakers.
