"Excellent Sound"
Pros: Great sound and build quality for the money
Cons: The 2 tone speaker color
Summary: I was looking for a small 5.1 speaker system. Either the ones I found were cheep with a poor build and sound quality or really large and took up too much space in the room my home theater is set up in. I didn't want to spend a lot of money but I wanted a small size, good build quality and excellent sound. These were exactly what I was looking for. These are far better, in my opinion, than any of the Bose products. Once again speaker sound is a very personal taste. I like the way the midrange is angled and the way the tweeter is placed really creates a large sound stage. This is exactly the sound I was looking for in my room. I am so happy with Mirage that I am now thinking of moving these to my bedroom and buying some of the Omnisat V2 Satellites for my living room. The Omnisat is is just a little larger and has a larger mid range. And it has more color choices, such as all black. I am not a big fan of the 2 tone colors. I want speakers to blend in the back ground and not stand out as much as these do with the silver accents.
