"Good but Not Great System for the Money"
Pros: Pleasing Looks with Decent Sound
Cons: Anemic sound.
Summary: I have owned this system for three months now, and I would have to say that I am not fully satisfied with this system. I got this system after months of research, and I am disappointed with the sound quality. The two main criteria I was looking for were small bookshelf speakers with good sound that would go well with my room decor. I understand that it is difficult to get good sound with small speakers, but I wanted the best available speaker that fits my requirements. And I am sorry that Paradigm is not worth the $800 I spent on it.
It is still is a very good speaker system, the high frequency is awesome but it lacks on the midrange and the low frequencies. The bottom line is that it is not worth $800, there are better speakers for the money. Moreover they do not have a return policy, so I am stuck with it. My advice to people looking to buy speakers would be, always listen before you buy. The other alternatives in small bookshelves are Def Tech, Klipsch, Polk Audio, Infinity
