"Still a great buy if you can find them" on by henryjass21
Pros: Alot cheaper now
Cons: Hard to find
Summary: I grabbed these second hand on ebay and they are still great. Looked at a lot of newer systems, these are still up there.

"Nice sound for the Money" on
Summary: Strong satelites. Nice sound. Sub could be smaller and more powerful. I hate Polk policy of no warranty on mail order or internet sales. Back your product. If it is grey market, say only on US systems. But to say no warranty is not reasonable.

"Forthe Price you can't beat it...Watch out Bose A-Mass" on
Summary: I did'nt have a lot of money to spend and I am only powering a small room. Sufficed to say, this system was more than adequate. Although the 8", 50 watt sub was suprisingly powerful with no clipping or strains, I did add a more powerful Polk sub just because of the type of music and the volume I listen. A definite alternative to Acousstamass systems at the same price point without a powered LFE speaker.

"Price to quality ratio is superb" on
Summary: I have owned may pair of Polk audio speakers all of which have had great sould quality, but for the price these are the best value. I paid $600 at Circuit City on sale for the whole setup. Coupled to a Sony 675 it is more than most of your neighbors in you apt building will allow.
