"Best truck on the road, period. This is a truck for REAL people - not the guys who haul 5-ton boats"
Pros: Most quiet ride I've ever heard in a truck, smoothest, too.
Cons: No Ipod input in RTS.
Summary: This is a truck for the civilized world, the one in which 99% of drivers don't ever venture off-road. Not that the Ridgeline can't - it just isn't built for that and instead focuses on making a wonderfully smooth and quiet ride. And it's been said a million times, but that trunk is a truly great idea - I use it every single day to hold items I could not fit in the cab and wouldn't want to, but would never want sitting out in the open in the bed. And yes, I really do use it like a truck - I've hauled furniture, wood, and junk. It's a truck that behaves like a car, and once you take one for a ride you'll be convinced. Believe me - I've made a few converts already who will be looking into the Ridgeline as soon as they can part with their current trucks and cars.

Not sure what the deal is on this, I have driven one and it is slow, has no capacity. A weak aluminum v6 car engine not a cast iron truck engine. ie no torque. Horrendous styling and an ugly interior. My Dodge will crush it by any measure. Another rice job loved by the bought off consumer reports people.
Lets see it tow my boat and still outrun most cars! not happening. -
The new Honda Ridgeline is really just an Odyssey with a 4door pickup body!
In the van, the 3rd row seat can be lifted out which is the SAME deep well that the pickup has!
Most folks that cliam they "need" a pickup, will do well with this "rig". You can load atleast what most short-bed pickups would hold, easily, but you won't be haulin any BIG trailers with this truck, unless you live where there are NO hills or mountains!
All-in-all, the best ride you'll ever get with ANY truck and the gas mileage will be better too1
If you really need that 300hp rig to haul a BIG trailer[this unit will haul small trailers/jet skis, boats without any trouble], think before you buy this Honda, for the majority of truck owners[whom RARELY even need 4x4 capabilities or would actually haul much[ie: the compact trucks might be good enough for most too!]the Ridgeline will do more than you'll ever need!
