"amazing ride"
Pros: nice interior, great sound system, ride quality, adjustible suspension, off-road capabilities
Cons: 19" wheels are bogus, rear door doesn't auto-open/close
Summary: I have the 06 HSE with luxury package upgrade. This is a man's SUV. Don't be a pansy and buy a denali, X5, or Escalade. The rover get's more attention then all three of those combined. Importantly, the attention is well deserved. The ride quality is excellent and Land Rover's attention to detail can be seen all throughout the car. I took the rover up to 125 mph this weekend on I-85 and it felt like I was going 75. I had an Infiniti QX4 before this, which was a good SUV but this is on a whole 'nother level. And 1.

I had the HSE for 2 weeks through my corporation while I was in Phoenix for a job, and left unimpressed. CNET is right; with a car in this price range, the interior is bland and cheap looking. I think if people (like big rob) are more interested in making an impression on the road than realizing what value is...than this SUV is for you. I think the RR Sport is overrated..Yes, it's nice looking on the outside but leaves less to be desired everywhere else. I love it when I hear people say "This catr will get you attention". I guess it takes a car for someone to get attention rather than who they are.
Whenever I braked, the RR Sport would shake until I stopped at the traffic light/stop sign. Just one example. I am glad I didn't buyt his car.
