"Would not do again"
Pros: Ride is quit and very nice
Cons: after 2 months things are starting to rattle
Summary: Let me first say this is our 3rd Audi. This is the first I would not generally recommend to others. The ride is great and it is very comfortable. The interface is OK but like the the video review here I feel like my attention is distracted to far from the road. There is also a space between the center console and the seats that goes beneath the seat but cannot be reached without taking off the seat. It is now the home of my small IPod. This is also the first time I have been disappointed in Audi service. I complained about the design that allowed my IPod to be eaten by the car. No options or help was offered but merely a placation that they appreciated my feedback. If I had it to do over again I would probably get the Mercedes at this level or go to a Tahoe or something like that that is less expensive and seems to do as well based on friends that own them.

Except for "space between the seat and center console" serious complaints are about the service only. Nothing new there. The service does suck generally although in some dealerships it does not actually. So what is the CAR rating?
