"Great Car with the V8"
Pros: Fast, HD sound system is sweet, GPS is easy to use
Cons: A little difficult to handle on rough roads, no bluetooth!
Summary: Have 8k miles on this car. Got it loaded with v8, magnetic ride, etc. It is a tank. Rightly or wrongly you feel impervious to the dangers of the road while riding this car. It is comfortable, seats are great. Fast for this segment, 0-60 in 6.8 seconds. The HD sounds system is really nice and due to the size of the car the sound is at times amazing. The magnetic ride suspension is interesting by GM could have made it better by setting it to minimize body roll and having it keep the nose up on hard stops. The ultra large sunroof is cool, but like all sunroofs is of limited usefulness.
Touchscreen GPS is the best I have ever seen. It is far superior to the GPS in my wife's Toyota Sienna. It is easy to use, easy to program and the maps are quite easy to read. In addition, you can create preset buttons for your most common destinations. It actually has some functionality while driving unlike the Toyota which assumes that us Americans can't chew gum and drive at the same time. However, it does possess the annoying warning screen that promises certain death if you use the system while driving. What is the purpose of this screen when they go ahead and disable most of the features?
I have personally been down on GM for many years but I have to say that this car is equal or better than many of its head to head competitors such as the Lexus, Acura and Infinity.
