"Not so sure about this one"
Pros: Great looks and ride
Cons: Poor service from Cadillac to make things right
Summary: I have to tell you the looks and ride of the SRX is beautiful. But the problems I have been having with mine far more than the positives I wish I could give it. My SRX has only 800 miles on it and has been back to the the dealer I bought it at 3 times and to another dealer for 4 days and I have had this for less than 30 days. Both dealers don't have to many ideas and have been on the phone with the factory tech guys. This isn't an new model year so you can't even give them that. I have had several calls with GM and Cadillac and they have been no help. Other than the problem I have had the car is very nice I think if I could only get it back and be able to drive it to give a complete evaluation. Stay tuned for more.
