"95% Happy with my purchase!" on by tyejae
Pros: So much room, extra row of seating, little areas to store things everywhere, extra power outlets throughout (5 total), great looking, feel safe!
Cons: Interior fabric is dull, wish it had a built in roof rack (You can buy one though).
Summary: Couldn't ask for a better car for the price. With both my wife and I newly out of college we needed a reliable SUV to make trips from Arizona to Michigan and back several times a year to visit family. Thus far we have put 15k miles on the XL7 without a problem. We enjoy all the extra space we have, and our son and dog fit nicely in the back.

"wonderful for the money" on by misterme40
Pros: size, cargo space, especially behind the third row seat, engine, acceleration, handling, technology, etc.
Cons: gas milage.
Summary: Wonderful alternative to suv's costing 10k more. I looked at the likes of the Mazda 5 and Honda CRV but after you have 5,6 or seven people in the vehicle these competitors fall very short. I was not willing to put my kids in the back/essentially 3rd row in the Madza 5 or Kia Rondo, if hit from behind the passengers would have a new set of braces from the bumper of the car that hit you. Not to mention they would probably not survive a rear end crash. Those vehicles are just too small for a family plus luggage.

"Car engine shut off while driving" on by lboike
Pros: Looks nice and has a lot of features. Good Price
Cons: Car engine shut off while driving. Steering wheel became hard to turn, gas pedal would not work, dash lights lit up. I coasted to a stop and I was able to restart the car right away. The next day towed it to Suzuki who found nothing wrong with it.
Summary: I loved the car until the other day when the engine shut off. I was lucky I was not on a major highway.
