Pros: Drives like a sports car. It's the best handling SUV I've ever owned. Corners great, brakes are fabulous. The turbochaged diesel is an AWESOME small tow vehicle; we tow 5000 pounds in the mountains with great control and acceleration.
Cons: The electrical system is nightmare. My car was in 10+ times in the first 10 months. When you open a door, the car "wakes up" and stays awake for 17 minutes -- and runs the battery down.
Summary: I will never buy another BMW. Google "dead batteries and BMW's"

Pros: Love the interior. Lots of features. Feels like a very sturdy ride, yet sporty. Picks up chicks.. I think.
Cons: Slightly bumpy. Not an off-road vehicle. Computer thingy takes a while to learn how to use.
Summary: Awesome car.. my first BMW. If it weren't for the bumpiness this would get a 5/5.

Pros: been on several long trips, and live in a dense city. car gets 27-29 on hwy, 23 around town. it's quiet enough, usually we have the radio playing. handles great.
Cons: computer is sometimes hard to use
Summary: choice between a gas powered SUV and this-choose this. better economically, added benefit is better for the environment.
great torque and power. easy to drive.
