Pros: Build Quality, Handling, Comfort, Technology.

Cons: Inexplicably soft steering, 3rd row leg-room, rear storage (with 3rd row seat up)

Summary: Owned the Tech/Entertainment package for 1 week. The most notable impression it leaves you with is the excellent all around build quality. It also handles very well for any size of vehicle, let alone a 7 seat SUV, combining bump-absorbing ride with the ability to actually handle a corner aggressively. You know you're not driving a truck, unlike some others that we test-drove. The 2 front rows carry 5 in complete comfort, with excellent lateral support in the seats. The 3rd row is fine for the kids, but would benefit immensely from even another inch or two of legroom. So too with the rear storage when the 3rd seat is up - just not very functional if you're actually carrying anything of any significant size (a roof box will be a necessity for us for long trips as we have 3 kids). And the technology...you will absolutely have to read the owner's manual to effectively use even half of what this vehicle provides. Once you do, however, you won't need to read it again. I've used other navigations systems, but none have even come close to Acura's.
Their voice recognition system is better than anything else I've seen. But even if you prefer to interface with it manually, it just works. And the handsfree Bluetooth link for the phone is, as far as I'm concerned, the most important convenience feature invented for the car since power windows (and maybe even bigger than that), and Acura's just works flawlessly. It is easy to setup and never loses the connection. You really don't need to touch the phone whenever you're in the car.
Perhaps the most perplexing thing about the car is the strangely soft steering feel that they've chosen for it, something that we will get used to but which, when you first drive it, you notice constantly. That is the only thing keeping me from giving this review 5 stars, however, and ultimately not something that either prevented us from buying it or that is seriously detracting from the ownership experience. I wanted a vehicle that offered the handling and initial build quality of the luxury European brands, with the long-term reliability of the Japanese brands. And that's what we got.
