Pros: Comfortable car.
Cons: Service and help desk are horrible
Summary: I had a software update on my 2011 CRV at 20,000 miles. The update was to adjust timing. I drive 80 miles a day, all highway. Before the update, I got 32 MPG or better. Now I get 26 downhill. The Honda company says "so sorry", but there is nothing they can do! Unbelievable! This will cost me over $800 a year in added fuel costs. Never again will I buy a Honda!
