Pros its 10/100/1000!

Cons Super fast computers will be losing their mapped drives randomly.
Fast computer by that I mean for example: DELL 960 or better.
Slow computers seem not to have many issues with this switch as its within the time alloted to hand out an IP.

Summary Do not buy this switch for mission critical objectives!
