Pros: loads of features

Cons: some features like configuring VLAN require indepth networking knowledge

Summary: I would deploy this kit in any switching cabinet that i've come across, plenty of ports although 48 would be nice as racks can become full with lower density switches 16-24 ports if the correct switches are not installed in the first place.
