Pros: It is small... both in size and price.
Cons: My network started slowing down at the 12 month mark. At 13 it was unbearable on some computers, while others were running fairly well. I found if I forced my NICs to 10Mb Half Duplex it ran faster. At 14 even that didn't work. At 15 I trashed it.

Pros: Not much. It worked out of the box, but now less than 6 months after purchase it won't connect at 1gb on several ports.

"Small and easy to use, BUT NOISY!"
Pros: Small, fast and easy to use.
Cons: Extremely noisy! Has a heat fan that is very loud. I am returning the one I bought.
