Did not work with Vista
Pros: Interface is simple
Cons: Windows Vista would not run after restore.
Support is an overseas script monkey.
Phone support costs extra.
Review:
Bootable media created with v11 would not work - support had to send me a new ISO file. Image verified okay and restored without error, but hung after logging in (background screen with no icon). Acronis admitted that this was a known issue (to do with Windows password manager) but would not upgrade me to 2009, in which this is fixed.
