"Buy something else!!"
Pros: It worked (once upon a time).
Cons: It consistently hangs up my system, product hangs up when attempting to reinstall it, It got to the point it wasn't worth using!
Summary: Support is unknowing and uncooperative, they do not read there emails to gain a full description of a users problems. Instead they respond re-download' the software, when in fact that was the problem. A download would go out to never never land.
I am replacing all of their products on my computer.

Sorry my friend, but your PC must be similar to a FORD T of 1929 because with modern machines, it works fantastic and everybody is quite happy with SM Pro!!!
