Pros: No Pros, do not reccomend any business with IOLO. They owe me Money and will not refund.
Cons: Used version 6 several years. Ordered DIRECT from email solicitation. After approx 45 days and one promise from customer 'non-service', I have no CD and no refund. Today I filed complaint with Texas Attorney Genral's Office.

"iolo created worse problems than it fixed."
Pros: Low price and lots of features.
Cons: I have HP and Acer notebooks (Vista) and a Dell desktop (XP). It worked okay at first but notebooks began to get unstable and issues with networking, shutdown, and trying to log on to email or access programs became troublesome if not impossible.

Pros: It used to be a good product and I got value out of it once upon a time.
Cons: I's gone downhill lately. The product isn't as effective as it used to be and I suspect it may cause some minor damage based on computer performance after I put SM to work.

"Software Crashes and Iolo Does Not Provide Support"
Pros: Didn't format my hard drive on install I guess...
Cons: Product does not work, full stop. It failed the first time it ran, and it now crashes immediately (literally, GP faults) when I run it - I never successfully ran it, not even once. On top of that, support is non-existent, they simply do not respond.
