"No support whatsoever"
Pros: It used to be a good product and I got value out of it once upon a time.
Cons: I's gone downhill lately. The product isn't as effective as it used to be and I suspect it may cause some minor damage based on computer performance after I put SM to work.
Summary: Aside from recent suspicions about the quality of System Mechanic, a huge thing is the absolute lack of support. I question whether they actually have anyone working in that department. Problems occur and support refuses to answer multiple tickets & emails. You get a temporary flash of hope when the automated system tells you your ticket was submitted successfully but this fades as you hear nothing else. I've even sent pleading tickets describing their failure to respond and still nothing. The bottom line is that they obviously just don't care. Until "Special Offer" time rolls around every few months. I sure hear from them then! I'm planning on deleting the whole program. There are better alternatives.
