I can't say what is really good about the software because after it crashed my system, I didn't need it so I haven't seen it's good qualities.
This is a warning though. I read a couple warnings as I reviewed this software but when I downloaded it, it said I had 718 issues. How was I to figure which of those could crash my computer. The best I could get out of PCtools (and that wasn't easy to get - I made repeated attempts to communicate with them) was a refund and the statement that they didn't know what to do about crashing computers.
I recommend if you have less than programming experience, use something else.
