"Seems to work after installing latest version."
Pros: The Box says you can put it on five computers and not have to worry about paying new subscriptions for each year. Tech support issued a updated version within ONE business day. (Bought at Target, and part of the program said, "This was a demo only")
Cons: Hard to find professional third party information on this product, such as a review from Noted anti-virus labs, etc.

"Amateurish execution, questionable reliability"
Pros: No subscription fees is a big plus... if you can trust that the software is really doing its job.
Cons: User interface is very poorly laid out. You have to manually initiate things that should be automatic. Program contains many cosmetic errors that leave you wondering wonder what other, non-cosmetic, errors the program contains.
