Cons: Very poor technical support. You will need repairs on this computer after some point and they seem incapable of repairing the computer in a timely manner. Two or more weeks without a computer is absolutely unacceptable. If you want reliability, go else

"Won't hold up under constant use"
Pros: Very light to carry. Versatile. Handwriting recognition is very accurate
Cons: I used the M1200 for about a year. Very happy with form factor but it didn't hold up under daily use. Keyboards wear out with daily use. Pen input to non-MS programs causes it to crash. Have replaced with a Thinkpad.
