Short battery lifeSummary I owned this tablet for over a year, and found it to be a super little tablet that was handy to take anywhere. The wifi and bluetooth worked great. The GPS was a little weak and struggled inside the car. Having the option of using an SD card was great as well. I have since sold the tablet. Just short of the warranty the thing died, and I mean stone dead. I had it sent back to Acer who replaced the main board under warranty, but I've heard several instances of this very problem with this tablet. The warranty is out now and I'm not going to risk another death a year from now with no warranty support. My advice is don't let the tablet battery go totally dead, as that is what apparently killed the board on mine. It was very well taken care of.

"Great, useable tablet for it's size."
on by zombiedashPros - Size(!): handy for traveling to uni/work, portable
- Screen: great screen and graphics
- Multimedia: can't complain about the sound and video quality
- Android: love the market
- Price: wasn't badCons - Battery life: lasts about a day
- Viewing angle: when portrait, as opposed to landscape, you need to hold it in a certain angle to see things without distortion. This doesn't bother me much, because I prefer landscape.Summary Really pleased with my purchase. Had an Ipad 2 before this, and I'm not saying it's "better", just saying it really depends on what you're getting it for. I personally prefer the Android market over the AppleStore, but I also have an Iphone 4, so it's not a case of 'death to the loser'.
Also, 7" is an ideal size for me (uni student) and I found the Ipad 2 a bit heavier for my liking. This tablet is quick, with great graphics and is quite hardy. It's perfect for my needs. -
"I cant complain with this lucky find."
on by AlmerelPros Tegra 2 Processing power is nothing to scoff at and with the nice screen it makes gaming nice for a 7" tablet. When I was looking for a tablet I got lucky since I got this one on Black Friday for $180-190.
Cons Battery life and epic smudging are the only 2 things that make me growl under my breath sometimes. As a Android lover I knew that the battery wouldn't be the best at this price point.
Summary Buy this tablet if you are looking for a pocket sized Tegra 2.

"Great little tablet!"
on by Kokan_MalenkoPros -7 inch - it is very portable
-tegra 2 - excellent for gaming
-android honeycomb 3.2
-1GB RAM
-5MP camera and 2MP front camera for video calls
-GPS - one of the best i have ever tried
-cheapCons -fingerprints magnet
-short battery lifetime
-bad view angle
-can't charge via USBSummary The battery lasts about 5 hours of hard-core gaming so if you use it for internet or stuff like that it can last a lot longer. I tested it and in idle mode with wifi off the battery lasted for 3 days and 7 hours. All in all it's one of the best tablets i have ever used. You get more than you paid for. It does everything that the IPad2 does but it is much more portable.
