2 Attaching keyboard is weak not very secureSummary: I have had this now for several days and I have to say I am very very impressed with the unit. I was looking for a new tablet I already have an Ipad first gen and was thingking about something not apple. Honeycomb was looking good but for the same price of a 16 gig Asus Transformer I got a 32 gig system running Win 7. Of course flash is no problem and the web viewing is great. I really like the feel of the unit in my hand. The touch response is great I have a lot of experence using a windows base touch system I have 4 other units 3 with win xp and 1 with win 7 all use a pen so this is the first unit I have that uses a finger and is multi touch. Sound on the unit is pretty good it is loud enough and the unit does not get warm to the touch at all. I have installed only 1 game on it so far and it plays very smooth (Empire Earth). I know it is not the latest but I want to see how it played.
The limited storage space makes you think about all installs. The system arrived with just 17 gigs of free space to use on the ssd I am trying to find what bloat wear is installed so I can get more space. Next I paln to install Office to see how it performs. I will update the review as I work with the system.

I will try some more up to date RTS games I do not have Starcraft 2 but I think I have C&C 4 and AOE the latest one. I will let you know my findings.

Hi, i m from Singapore and limited quantity of the Iconia W500 is available. I intend to buy this unit but not sure whether I can run my favourite games such as Starcraft2, Command and Conquer 4 and other RTS games on this unit. I travel on the commuter train daily abt 1 hr between home and office. Thus, this tablet really appeals me. Please advise if you manage to run any of the RTS games, even at low details is acceptable. I intend to use virtual CD to install and run the games from ISO files copied to the tablet SSD. In Singapore its selling for abt $988.Thank You.
