Pros: Fastest tablet on the market with OMAP4, most features in a tablet with 3G/kick-stand/USB host and with the full video and audio codecs support, Upnp/Samba streaming and more.

Cons: 8" doesn't fit in a jacket pocket so that means the tablet can hardly be carried around outdoors without using a bag.

Summary: It's perfectly fine to hold it with your hands, I don't know what the cnet reviewer is trying to say. In fact thanks to the kick-stand it's much more confortable to use this Archos than any other tablet on the market. The viewing angles are also perfectly fine. If you want a slightly better screen, get the Archos 101 G9 but then you have to pay about $70 more and the device is bigger. Nobody needs to view the screen from a side, everyone uses tablets looking at them from straight ahead.
