Pros it DOES EVERY THING I WAN T ,AND FAST!!!
Cons NO PROBLEMS!!!!!!!
Summary number1 IN MY BOOK!!!!
Pros Smooth, quick, very user friendly, great tablet, very happy
Cons GPS features a little bit sluggish (found later in a review that the aluminum cover doesn't help it and that Asus has decided not to support GPS features in this model. But, on the other hand, you don't buy a tablet because of its GPS...
Pros Thin and relatively light
Cons Hulu Plus isn't supported yet and it's very difficult to locate the factory keyboard
Pros Fast, thin yet compatible, long battery, attachable keyboard (better then bluetooth keyboard solutions for other tablets.) Expansion via micro SD, 'full size SD and full sized USB (with keyboard)' Brightest screen I've ever seen. Solid build quality.
Cons Long GPS connection time.
Summary Best tablet I've ever used and yes I've owned the iPad. The GPS problems are not really an issue (didn't even know it had a GPS antenna on board until I started reading reviews) you don't find yourself needing it when using a tablet. The keyboard is amazing and enables the tablet to be an even more independent (post pc) device. It is definitely much better taking notes in class with this combo rather than bringing a heavier laptop into class to do simple note taking.
Pros Fast, good resolution, lots of great apps available and more tablet-specific ones each day. Perfect for watching movies.
Cons DNLA application --myNet doesn't play nicely with my Windows Media server (only able to access music). Browser seems slow after ICS update...asks me to wait or shut it down if I try to scroll too quickly.
SummaryDOES NOT SUPPORT CAPACITIVE STYLUS - I think everyone needs to be made aware of the fact that the Transformer Prime DOES NOT work with a stylus. It is extremely unresponsive and cannot be used for taking notes. I think that ASUS should be more upfront about this limitation. There is not any information about this in their technical support knowledgebase. You have to call them to find out about the problem and they will not e-mail you anything confirming the problem. I think this is terrible customer support and marketing since many students will likely purchase this for note taking.
