Summary: Great device, I really loved this item when it worked. But my experience with this companies frustrating service, makes my never want to be placed in the position of trying to get service from them again. I never want to be told "sorry for the inconvenience" or "I guarantee you will be contacted by a supervisor within 24 hours" from people who either don't care about their customers or are unable to contact the service center. Clearly this company is outsourcing their service. But even with this, one would think they could communicate with them or have some system whereby the customer could talk to somebody who has the authority to fix the situation. After one month, I still have a transformer that is doing a great imitation of a $500 paper weight. Contrast this with a vacuum cleaner that I bought that had a head stage that stopped working. I called the company and after a brief discussion of the problem, the rep said, ok, I am sending you a new head stage. I asked if I should send back the old one and he said. No, its broken through it away. Within a week, problem solved. It seems to me that in this economy, that is the kind of service one would like to get.
