Dell Streak 7

Pros: The size is good, larger than a phone smaller than the10 in. ipad. When it's working, it's not a bad little pad.

Cons: It doesn't always work!
No cut and paste capability, or at least not on the one I have.
I agree with the other reviews the battery life is very short.
No USB connectors.
Not compatible with vista.

Summary: Dell is very aware that the Dell Streak 7 doesn't work with the vista operating system, yet there is no discloser about this on any of their advertising, website, or packaging. I bought mine from T-Mobile; no one at T-Mobile disclosed this fact. After having the device for just over a month I decided I wanted to transfer some files and music between my dell streak 7 and my home pc. That's when I found out, from Dell Support that it's not possible, "they are aware of the problem" and "there is no projected date that this might be fixed". I was told to get a SD card to transfer between the dell streak 7 and my computer . I bought a SD card placed it in my dell streak 7 and the information will not load on it. Dell has offered to fix my NEW device after I have spent 2 weeks, 6 dell customer representatives, 9 phone calls lasting a total of 21 hours and 23 minutes, trying to get some kind of resolution . The half star rating is because this website requires something and I couldn't find the -(minus)star option. As of now I have a non working device and all Dell can say is "Ooppps!"
